| Day 1: Delhi – Bhuntar |
Board the Volvo Coach to Manali by evening. O/N bus journey |

| Day 2: Bhuntar |
Arrive in Bhuntar from where a vehicle will pick you up and drop you to the base camp at Manikaran. |

| Day 3: Manikaran - Barsheni (2289m) by road - Khirganga |
The participants will be transferred to Barsheni, from where the trek starts. Khirganga is a hot spring where Lord Shiva is said to have meditated. |

| Day 4: Khirganga - Tunda Bhuj (3285m) |
The trek commences through dense forests and flower-strewn meadows. The progress is gradual and slow as it's a steep climb to Tunda Bhuj. |

| Day 5: Tunda Bhuj - Thakur Kuan (3620m) |
The trail continues through a landscape strewn with waterfalls, lakes and meadows till Thakur Kuan. |

| Day 6: Thakur Kuan - Odi Thach (3800m) |
It's another day of steep climb to reach the high altitude meadow of Odi Thach. |

| Day 7: Odi Thach - Mantalai Lake (4115m) and back |
The trek up to Mantalai Lake is a gradual climb. Once at the lake, you can see the Mantalai Glacier, which is the source of the river Parvati. On the path, you will see the Pandav Bridge, which is said to made by the Pandavas during their exile in the Himalaya. |

| Day 8: Odi Thach - Tunda Bhuj |
Return to Tunda Bhuj by the same route. |

| Day 9: Tunda Bhuj - Barsheni - Bhuntar |
Return to Barsheni from where a vehicle will pick and drop you to Bhuntar. O/N Bhuntar |

| Day 10: Bhuntar - Delhi |
Depart from Bhuntar by evening. O/N bus journey |
| |
| Day 11: Delhi |
Reach Delhi by morning. Trip ends |
